Our calendar year is August through May with recital in June. Tuition is paid monthly. An annual $25 registration fee is waived when the $55 performance fee is paid at the time of registration.
Tuition is due the 25th of the proceeding month. If tuition is not received BEFORE the 1st, a late fee of $15.00 per student will be added to the account. Tuition will not be prorated for missed classes with the exception of the first month a student begins classes.
A $25 RETURNED CHECK FEE will be charged for all returned checks.
Accounts must be current and all fees paid before students may receive costumes or participate in performances. For accounting purposes, all funds will be applied to Performance Fee, Tuition, and Costume Fees, in that order.
Absolutely no refunds will be given for absences or class cancellations.
An online registration form must be filled out in its entirety at the beginning of each year to ensure our database is up-to-date and to ensure each account holder is aware of financial obligations. PLEASE update office of any information changes.
Dance Scene Studios does not provide invoices. The account holder is responsible for paying tuition on time.
Dance Scene Studios offers several payment options.

- 10 % Discount for check or cash payments 3 months in advance. *
- 15 % Discount for check or cash payment for payments 6 months in advance.* **
- Credit card payments will be charged a processing fee of 2.9%.

* Discount does not apply to 1st month pro-rated tuition.
** Refunds for discounted classes will be charged an administration fee of $25.00 and the tuition and remaining balance will be charged regular, non-discounted rate. This refund will be at the Director’s discretion.
*** Tuition refund will not be given after the start of the class and will be charged an administration fee of $15.00 if written notice is received prior to the start of the class.
